At Luca Sanctum, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • All tags, labels, manuals, and accessories are intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items that show signs of use or installation
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item received

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued through your original payment method — for Cash on Delivery (COD), we will contact you to arrange refund via local transfer, mobile wallet, or alternative method as agreed.

Please note: Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return and place a new order.
